Genex Development

Description

This page is for people wishing to aid in the development of GeneX. If you wish to find out what's happening or help out in the development, the first step is to join the GeneX mailing list .

GeneX Branches

There are two branches of GeneX development, the stable branch and the development branch.

Stable Branch
Currently the stable branch is the Genex-1.x series. To retrieve this branch from CVS you must use the Rel-1_0_1-branch tag.
Development Branch
Currently the development branch is the Genex-2.x series. No releases have been made from this branch. This is the HEAD branch of CVS, so you do not need a tag to retrieve it from CVS.
